2-3 weekly seasonal trainings, including local, regional, and/or national league play that create elite competition for the individual and the team.
Players are immersed in a competitive training atmosphere where they grasp all position-specific roles within the team. They undergo continual development in psychological, physical, technical, and tactical aspects of the game. This occurs over an eight-month period aligned with their high school season.
